Satan called a world-wide convention of demons. In his opening address, he said.
The best place we can rule is the world of suffering where women and children are shading tears day and night because of their poverty. They become sources of our income as all of you demons have known. Therefore, when women and children around the world are suffering, shading tears, and die, it is the right time for every demon to be extremely active to take pictures, take video coverage in different corners so that it shows reality. Then from these activities we can develop very many proposals and submit to general secretary of UN Mr.Ban-Ki-Moon and other Donors. These proposals will be funded and we continue earning and enjoying of behalf of suffering women and children.
Therefore, I would like to instruct you the demons from this meeting that, no demon should allow any member of the community to have access to project budget and any other related information about funding donors and we should use the donated money for the capacity building for our personal family development and keep women and children emotionally upset so that they feel in the kingdom of danger and continue to die and new proposals will continue.
However, the purpose of this convention is to brief all of you the demons world-wide to keep impressing poor by words but not empowering them and just make suffering among communities. Once they are empowered or have access to donated project budget and connection to funding donors, our power over them is broken and we shall not be able to get money. Then the secretary of this meeting must keep the minute in computer memory in soft copy so that the secret of this gathering is not known by anybody, Said Satan.
"What about the millennium development goals program to improve lives of world's poorest people, will it not destroy our plan?" Asked his demon
The millennium development goals promised by Kofi Anan, Ban-Ki-Moon and other189 leaders at united nation millennium declaration and agreed to improve the lives of world's poorest people by 2015 as deadline will not succeed because we the Satan and demons are in charge in the offices and all the gates to control all the program budget, so there is no way the poor people will benefit or survive from millennium development program and their women and children will just continue shade their tears and no chance for empowerment but let consume the money and write reports to Ban-Ki-Moon. So don't worry about Ban-Ki-Moon program on improving the lives of poorest people, Said Satan.
What about FK-Norway exchange program for capacity building participants, will it not destroy our long term plan over poorest people? Asked another demon.
Oh! Fk-Norway participants seem to be very strong, well trained and serious group of representatives from developing countries and they are well instructed to defend their communities against Satan and Demon plans. However, am extremely worried about them but this depends on their hard participation and defensive mechanism, said Satan.
He added that, FK-Norway participants have started to campaign for direct grass root policy to supporting donors this year. Iam sure many donors will understand and accept their idea on direct grass root policy because donors have been donating money for many years but the impact is on us the Satan and Demons but not beneficiaries .Another fear is that these participants have known our secrets and behaviours. And if this policy is accepted and implemented this year, it will eliminate us and destroy our long term plan of benefiting from suffering people and our chance of getting money will be as narrow as needle hole. So, am also worried about these participants but let wait and see their action but we should also make plan against them, Said Satan.
If your own government authorities behave like Satan and treating their own citizens like sinners or prisoners also their policies influence some non-governmental organisations which provide services to communities become corrupted, embezzled money donated for community empowerment and they increase suffering people like demons. How can poorest people be empowered for self-reliant and sustainability? The only solution to rescue the situation of suffering communities is to implement direct grass root policy to eliminate unnecessary corruption so that members of the community benefits from donation. Many years lot money have been donated to empower communities but it is going into the private individual pockets while the intended community continue to suffer.
If direct grass root policy failed, the second option will be mobilizing pastors and priests to pray in main governmental and non-governmental offices to pray about love, faith and humanity instead of praying in church so that they can change their behaviours of ill-treating of suffering people in developing countries. We shall not tolerate any more to inform global world about any mistreatment against innocent people either by government or non-governmental organisations in the communities.
My happier time will be when direct grass root policy is implemented in this year 2012.
